This is pretty much a dream come true, these three prints have been acquired for Wellcome Collection, London When making this work, I really couldn’t find my experience in the exhibitions, galleries, and collections I was looking and researching in, so it feels wonderful to have this work safely housed in the vaults of the collections and hopefully one day to be found by a curator and given a wider audience. I didn’t really make this work to be seen by others I made it as I was compelled to, but I couldn’t be happier that it will now have the opportunity of being seen. It feels rebellious to start to dissolve the stigma around ill health and menopause and give this subject a fresh investigation.
