Jenny has an amazing ability to verbalise some of the more abstract aspects of photography in a way that is understandable and in no way pretentious or exclusionary; it is this ability, along with her cooperative approach, which has allowed me to expand the scope of my project with a confidence and self-determination which I wouldn’t have otherwise had. I would say that the best outcome of our sessions together has been her advice to simply slow down and let the project become what it needs to be, without me overthinking or rushing to a conclusion.
